Step into an evening of deep release and inner awakening through sober psychedelic breathwork — a powerful practice that helps you access expanded states of consciousness naturally, using nothing but your breath.
Through guided breathwork, music, and intention, you’ll shed stagnant energy, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and receive the clarity or peace your soul’s been craving. This is a chance to come home to yourself — no substances, just pure presence.
Bring your yoga mat, blanket or eye mask for comfort, journal, and anything else that helps you feel cozy and supported.
Important:
Arrive 5-10 minutes prior to check-in and set up. Class will start on time.
Must be 18+ years old
Avoid eating 30 minutes prior
No alcohol in past 24 hours
