The Fine Print: Payment, Rescheduling and Cancellation Policies

Payment

All packages require pre-payment to hold your appointments. Individual appointments can be paid at the time of the visit via venmo, square, HSA or cash. A card is required to book an appointment.

 

Cancellations

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 100% cancellation fee.  Same day cancellations will be charged at 100% of the appointment fee. 

 

Late Policy

We kindly ask for all clients to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. If you're running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure fairness for everyone on our schedule.

If you happen to be running a bit behind, no worries! We'll simply adjust your session time to keep us on track and avoid any delays for other clients.
