Cancellation Policy
We understand life happens and sometimes urgent matters come up, 24 hour notice is required unless otherwise discussed. Notification by text or phone call for all cancellations are required. If it happens more than once without 24 hour notice, 100% of the appointment fee is required to be paid before future appointments can be booked.
Illness
Clients are requested to reschedule if they are feeling ill. Ideally 24 hours in advance but we understand that illness can happen at any time. Please call to reschedule if you are ill, you won’t be penalized, your health matters to us.
Weather
We are open rain/snow or shine. Reschedule if you are unable to arrive safely. Clients are expected to attend their scheduled appointment time or cancel per the cancelation policy.
