Hourly: $50/hr (2-hour minimum)
Extended (5+ hrs): $45/hr (6 hrs = $270)

Community Space Guidelines
Release Bodywork + Healing & The Embodied Alchemy Collective
Our Community Guidelines set clear expectations for facilitators, teachers, healers, and practitioners who wish to use our space. This ensures that every gathering supports connection, healing, and a sacred environment for all. We honor feedback and ideas — if you feel something should be added or adjusted, we’d love to hear from you.
I. Cancellations
Cancellations made 14+ days in advance: 100% refund.
Cancellations made 13–7 days in advance: 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days or less: non-refundable.
II. Classes, Events & Private Healing Rooms
Booking our space does not create a lease or ongoing right of use. It is a rental for the agreed time and description only.
During your booking, you are responsible for:
The behavior of all attendees, clients, or collaborators.
Respecting any limitations outlined in your booking.
Leaving the space in a clean and energetically clear state.
Set-Up + Cleanup Buffer
You must reserve 30 minutes before and after your event for setup and cleanup (example: if your event is 1–3pm, you must book 12:30–3:30pm).
Cleaning + Care
If the trash is full, remove it and dispose of in the outside dumpster
Wash or place used cups/mugs in the sink.
Reset furniture and props (bolsters, mats, blankets) as you found them.
Keep noise, incense, and scents aligned with the comfort of future renters.
If more than minimal cleanup is required after your event, you may be charged a $25 cleaning fee. Repeated issues will result in an additional $25 charge per booking.
Liability
You accept all liability for damage (accidental or intentional) caused by you, your attendees, or service providers.
III. Community Guidelines
We are a collective built on kindness, respect, and shared responsibility. Please:
Treat others with kindness, inclusivity, and respect.
Honor the community altar: add offerings but do not remove others’ items.
Treat the space as if it were your own sacred home.
Leave the space better than you found it.
Support and uplift fellow facilitators, healers, and members.
Take responsibility for your actions and hold others accountable with compassion.
Do not engage in illegal or harmful activities on the premises.
IV. Insurance & Care for the Space
Insurance Reminder
To keep our community safe, all renters and facilitators are asked to carry general and professional liability insurance with Release Bodywork + Healing listed as an additional insured. Please send your certificate to reannar@release-bodywork.com at least 48 hours before your first booking.
This protects you, your clients, and our shared space so we can all enjoy a safe, supportive sanctuary together. ✨
V. Promotion & Cross-Sharing
We love featuring aligned events on our website and Instagram! To be considered, please send the following 30 days before your event to reannar@release-bodywork.com:

Graphics or photos for promotion
We do not create promotional materials; instead, we amplify your event using your content alongside our branding.
VI. Final Notes
A copy of these guidelines will be emailed upon booking.
All facilitators must provide proof of insurance (see Section IV).
