About ReAnna “ReRe”

Hi! My name is ReAnna and I have been in the healthcare arena for over a decade now. I enjoy helping female clients and learning from them. I am native to Colorado, have a daughter, step son and husky. My husband and I enjoy nature and getting outdoors as often as we can. I am a fitness fanatic and when I am not with my family, you can find me either working in my garden, reading or in a gym. I am very big on improving my health, wellness and mental health, as well as teaching others to do the same.

I first discovered FST after a back injury in 2021. I was in a lot of pain, the medication the doctor prescribed for me only worked for so long and I was starting to get depressed. I am a very active person, so not being able to get out and do what I love really took a toll on me. The wellness center near my house offered fascial stretch therapy and after about 6 months I started to feel a lot better. I now have great range of motion and got my life back! My journey with FST was so rewarding that I wanted to be able to share that with other female athletes and everyday moms. No one should have to live in pain. My goal is to share stretch therapy with more people in the Littleton, Denver, Highlands Ranch community in order to promote longevity and improve wellness.
