Welcome to the Midweek Reconnect & Recharge Breathwork Class -

where you can reset your nervous system and reconnect with yourself through the power of breathwork and mindfulness. This class is designed to provide a space for you to unwind, recharge, and tap into your inner strength.


What to Expect:

Session begins promptly at 6:30 PM

Light movement + intention setting

1 hour of grounding breathwork, ending with a meditation

Why Breathwork?

I was certified in Goa, India, in 2018. I want to share a quick story so you can understand why this ancient practice of pranayama changed my life.

When I began the one-hour pranayama classes during my training, my respiratory system didn’t really know how to breathe beyond the involuntary breathing we do every day. I learned techniques that, at first, felt uncomfortable—but over time, I integrated them as a lifelong modality for consciousness expansion in my personal life, my practice, and my facilitation.

These breathing techniques don’t just regulate your nervous system—they also introduce a deeper level of awareness, allowing your nervous system to expand so you have more capacity in your day-to-day life. Breathwork is a powerful tool that can help you release stress, shift from a reactive state to a responsive one, and improve mental clarity. When you focus on your breath, you tap into your body’s natural ability to heal and slow down—leaving you feeling refreshed and clear-headed.

Imagine a midweek escape where you can leave behind the hustle and bustle of daily life and step into a sanctuary of calm and tranquility. Our Reconnect & Recharge Breathwork Class offers you the opportunity to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your inner self.

THE EXPERIENCE

During our one-hour session, you will be guided through a series of breathwork exercises designed to help you release tension, increase mindfulness, and cultivate a sense of inner peace. The class will conclude with a soothing meditation to help you integrate your experience and leave you feeling grounded and centered.

At the end of each class, you will have the opportunity to connect with fellow participants in a supportive and nurturing environment. Share your experiences, insights, and intentions as you build connections.
