As the seasons shift and the holidays draw near, we’re reminded to slow down, open our hearts, and return to gratitude.

Join us for a heart-centered evening where we’ll sip sacred cacao, reflect, and reconnect — with ourselves and one another. This ceremony is designed to help you release stress, fill your cup, and invite more softness, joy, and appreciation into your life.

Together, we’ll honor the medicine of cacao — known as the “food of the gods” — for its ability to open the heart and calm the nervous system. Through guided meditation, journaling, and intentional connection, you’ll create space for stillness and heart expansion as you move into the final months of the year.
