Hi, I’m ReAnna Romero-Alirez, founder of Release Bodywork + Healing, a women’s wellness center in Littleton, Colorado and The Embodied Alchemy Collective, a women’s community focused on self-love, healing, and real connections. I help women release pain, stress, and emotional tension through stretch therapy, Reiki energy healing, and holistic wellness experiences designed to restore balance in body, mind, and spirit.

Our wellness center is a sanctuary for women — a space to slow down, reconnect, and heal from the inside out. Each session blends movement, breath, and energy work to relieve pain, improve mobility, and support deep relaxation and emotional wellbeing.

Beyond 1:1 sessions, we host women’s wellness workshops and community events that invite connection, growth, and self-care.
