Hi, I’m ReAnna — Founder of Release Bodywork + Healing, a women’s wellness center in Littleton, Colorado. As a Certified Stretch Therapist and Reiki Energy Practitioner, I help women release pain, stress, and tension while restoring balance in body, mind, and spirit. At our wellness center, you’ll find personalized stretch therapy, Reiki energy healing, and holistic experiences that support relaxation, mobility, and emotional wellbeing.
Life throws a lot at us daily, which can result in aches, pains, and stress stored deep in our bodies. As a Certified Stretch Therapist, I use stretch therapy to combat aches and pains by tapping into the body's natural healing capabilities so you can heal from the inside out. I work with my clients to engage the entire myofascial system by targeting muscles as well as their neighboring joints, ligaments, tendons, and bones to eliminate pain, improve mobility, optimize athletic performance, and release stored and stagnant emotions.
