Our Team
At Release Bodywork + Healing, our team is made up of independent, heart-centered practitioners offering a range of holistic wellness services under one shared roof.
We operate as a collaborative wellness hub, meaning each practitioner runs their own individual business while sharing space, resources, and values. This model allows clients to experience multiple healing modalities in one supportive environment while receiving care that is personal, professional, and aligned.
Our center is built on connection, sustainability, and community. We believe healing thrives when practitioners are supported and empowered, not rushed or overextended. Collaboration and referrals happen naturally here, creating a grounded and integrative experience for clients.
We welcome aligned wellness practitioners seeking a nurturing space to grow their practice within a connected community. Flexible opportunities are available to join our expanding team.
Meet the Founder: ReAnna Romero-Alirez
Hi, I’m ReAnna Romero-Alirez, founder of Release Bodywork + Healing and creator of The Embodied Alchemy Collective, a heart-centered wellness community for women in Littleton, Colorado.
My work is rooted in intuitive response, sustainable energy, and building meaningful connections through community. I don’t believe in hustle-based healing or one-size-fits-all wellness. I believe in listening—to the body, the nervous system, and the wisdom that already lives within.
With over a decade of experience in the medical and wellness fields, I offer 1:1 stretch therapy, Reiki, nervous-system-focused bodywork, and integrative healing experiences designed to create lasting change—not just temporary relief. My approach is gentle, grounded, and deeply intentional, supporting women through pain relief, emotional balance, stress reduction, and embodiment.
This wellness center was created as a collaborative healing home—a space where aligned practitioners can serve with integrity, autonomy, and care, while clients experience multiple modalities under one roof. From bodywork and energy healing to workshops and community gatherings, everything here is designed to support true, sustainable wellbeing.
Whether you’re here to receive care, attend an event, or work alongside us as a practitioner, you’re stepping into a space built on presence, connection, and purpose.
Licensed Massage Therapist | Founder of My Soul Massage & My Soul’s Emporium
Littleton, Colorado
With over 15 years of experience, Vanessa Sanchez is a licensed massage therapist devoted to supporting families—parents, children, and individuals of all ages—in reconnecting with their bodies and finding balance within their nervous systems. Her work is rooted in creating a safe, nurturing space where healing feels gentle, empowering, and accessible.
Vanessa weaves together a wide range of integrative modalities including trauma-informed touch therapy, core synchronization, bioenergy regulation, massage cupping, and energy work. This multidimensional approach allows her to offer personalized sessions that support the body, mind, and spirit—meeting each client exactly where they are.
At the heart of Vanessa’s work is a belief in the transformative power of intentional touch, energy awareness, and embodied healing. Through her practice, she helps families cultivate deeper body awareness, emotional resilience, and a sense of harmony that extends beyond the session. Vanessa warmly invites you and your loved ones to begin a journey of healing, connection, and self-discovery—together.
Colbie is the founder of The Balanced Mother, a heart-centered offering devoted to redefining, remembering, and embodying love—within yourself and your lived experience. Her work is gentle, intuitive, and deeply relational, supporting clients through 1:1 spiritual mentorship sessions that thoughtfully weave guided reflection with body-based and energetic healing.
With a trauma-informed foundation shaped by her background as a mental health therapist, Colbie brings both safety and depth to her sessions. She creates intentional space for release, reconnection, and inner remembrance, allowing clients to soften into their own wisdom rather than strive for healing.
Colbie’s approach invites transformation from the inside out—helping individuals reconnect with their truth, regulate their nervous systems, and embody love as a lived, grounded practice rather than a concept. Her work is for those seeking presence, balance, and a deeper relationship with themselves.
