In this fun, hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to:
Identify where emotions like stress, worry, anger, grief, and fear may live in the body.
Understand how scent impacts the brain and emotions (no prior essential oil knowledge needed).
Use specific essential oils to support emotional release and create a sense of calm.
Make your own personalized roller blend to take home, so you can continue the practice.
What to Expect:This is not a lecture — it’s an interactive experience. You’ll smell, touch, and apply different oils, work with a partner to map and address an emotion, and leave with tools you can use anytime you’re feeling overwhelmed or off balance.
