Midday Reset: Tea, Gentle Stretch & Reflection

A calming mid-day pause to reconnect with your body and reset your nervous system

Midday Reset is a relaxed, daytime wellness gathering created for women who want to slow down, release tension, and feel more grounded—without the intensity of a nighttime event.

No prior experience is needed. Come as you are.

What to Expect

This is a gentle, conversational experience designed to fit naturally into a shared wellness space.

You’ll enjoy:

  • Nourishing tea

  • Gentle, guided seated and standing stretches (no floor work required)

  • Simple journaling and reflection prompts

  • Optional sharing and light conversation

This is not a silent meditation or high-energy class. Movement, quiet conversation, and natural flow are welcome.

This Is For You If…

  • You’re feeling stressed, tight, or mentally overloaded

  • You prefer daytime gatherings

  • You want a gentle reset without overwhelm

  • You’re curious about holistic wellness and embodied care

This Is Not For…

  • Deep silence, sound healing, breathwork, or ceremonial experiences

  • Intense or athletic-style movement

  • Comfy clothes you can move in

Tea and guidance are provided.

About the Host

Facilitated by ReAnna, stretch therapist and Reiki practitioner, and founder of Release Bodywork + Healing and The Embodied Alchemy Collective. ReAnna supports women in calming their nervous systems, releasing tension, and reconnecting with their bodies through gentle, embodied practices.
